The school year is off to a great start at Esperanza. The halls are filled with 70 girls and alumni return every Tuesday and Thursday for study and social time.
In preparation for dinner service, part of Extended Day, which starts next week, the staff at Esperanza conducted an audit of the kitchen and found some areas lacking.
Esperanza intentionally runs the kitchen on a tight budget to keep overhead costs low - and keeping the place sparse means they have less to worry about going to waste. There are some staples, though, that would be much appreciated.
Next time you're out shopping and have coupons or see deals, please consider picking up any of the following items:
Plastic Wrap 12 inch
Alum Foil
Paper cups
Plastic spoons, forks
Spices...Italian blend, Oregano
Big cans of Tuna
2 gallons Mayo
Boneless Chicken
Big cans Tomato sauce
Vegetable Oil
Food spray
Celery

Ground Pepper
Items may be dropped at The Andover Animal Hospital (Rte 133) or at Esperanza Academy on Garden Street.
