

Susan Casey is the Development Director at Esperanza Academy. She was the co-chairperson of the Exploratory Committee, a joint effort between Christ Church Andover and Grace Church Lawrence that investigated ways to serve the Lawrence community and decided to start the Nativity model school that is now Esperanza. She served on the original Esperanza Board of Directors and chaired the School Development Committee. Susan began working at Esperanza full-time in January 2007.
Prior to coming to Esperanza, Susan worked in higher education administration, primarily at Boston University. She holds a BA from Simmons College in Boston and a Masters of Education from Harvard University. In 2005 she received a M.B.A. degree from the School of Management at Boston University with a concentration in Public & Non-Profit Management. While a student in the program she had internships as a Research Assistant at the Boston Children's Museum and as a Project Consultant at Future Management Systems in Beverly, MA.
Susan lives in North Andover with her husband, children, step-children and dogs.
