She then attended Georgetown Law School and graduated with a J.D. in 1987. Denise currently enjoys playing team tennis, coaching soccer and spending time at her summer home in Scituate, MA.
"I was initially attracted to GWTK because of the dual opportunities - networking with other professional women and service to a wonderful school broadening the horizons of girls in Lawrence. I continue to be an active member on the Board and serve as Secretary of GWTK (lending my expertise as a lawyer and as past president of another non-profit organization in the area). I love meeting women with such a diverse array of backgrounds and interests. I also enjoy volunteering at Esperanza in a variety of ways, individually and through GWTK sponsored events such as Shadow Day and the Breakfast of Hope."
