On Wednesday, March 31, GWTK sponsored an exciting and informative event featuring six speakers involved in health and fitness. Panelists included members Cheryl Arbia of Elements-Andover, Fran Booth of Mind Body Matters, Elizabeth Harris, MD of Mind-Body Medicine of Andover, Kathy Moramarco of Moramarco Chiropractic and Scoliosis 3DC as well as Mary McAlary of New Day One Life Nutrition and Jennelle ? of The Personalized Physique. The audience enjoyed the health-focused discussion and was especially interested in the nutritional aspects of the presentation.

This event was a great example of how GWTK members are building valuable relationships from positive energy and providing them opportunities to promote their businesses to the local community. After hearing from Jenelle Nadeau, some members signed up  for The Personalized Physique’s Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp at Merrimack College. Cheryl Arbia of Elements invited Mary McAlary of New Day One Life Nutrition and Kathy and Marc Moramarco of Scoliosis 3DC to participate in an Open House sponsored at Elements on June 16 and to write feature articles for the Elements newsletter. In turn, Moramarco Chiropractic Office has begun referring clients to Elements and Cheryl and Mary are collaborating for improved health

This type of relationship building is exactly what GWTK intends for its members. The synergy of stimulating friendships, positive networking relationships and good works to benefit Esperanza is what makes GWTK such a worthwhile organization. Consider inviting a friend or colleague to join at an event to share in the GWTK experience and its many rewards!
